We provide a lesson helmet for those who have do not own their own helmet. Sara Lindsay - our head trainer - brings with her a lifetime of education and experience. Sara has competed extensively herself. Many of the horses and riders that Sara has trained consistently succeed at the local and regional levels. Through Sara's knowledge, hardwork and dedication, Sara has the capacity and the experience to bring her client's dreams to fruition. Sara teaches the advanced hunter/jumper student as well as the beginner rider - just learning to walk/trot. Sara teaches lessons several afternoons and evenings during the week and all day Sundays. To schedule a lesson with Sara, you may call Sara directly at 518-339-5057. In addition to Sara Lindsay, Schauber Stables, LLC is pleased to have Amanda DeSarbo and Maggie Hapeman both of whom are available for lessons. Both Maggie and Amanda offer private beginner lessons. The lessons are thirty minutes on the horse's back in addition to time on the ground learning how to groom and tack. Maggie teaches lessons from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Amanda teaches lessons on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. To schedule a lesson with either Maggie or Amanda, please call 518-281-0088. In the near future, you will be able to schedule lessons with Maggie and Amanda on-line! LESSON RATES: Sara Lindsay: (beginner through advanced riders) Private 1/2 hour lesson $35.00 Private 1 hour lesson $45.00 Semi private (2 students) for 45 minutes $30.00 a student Group lesson (3 or more students) for 1 hour $30.00 a student Maggie Hapeman: (beginner riders only) Private 1/2 hour lesson $30.00 Amanda DeSarbo: (beginner and intermediate riders) Private 1/2 hour lesson $30.00 Semi private (2 students) for 45 minutes $25.00 a student Group lesson (3 or more students) for 1 hour $25.00 a student
